COVID-19 Spa Protocols
Those showing any COVID-19 related symptoms will be prohibited from entering the spa. If you have experienced any of the following symptoms in last 48 hours, including: fever, chills, shortness of breath, new or worsening cough, sore throat, worsening muscle or headaches. Please cancel your appointment immediately.
Ask of September 1, 2022 - mask wearing is optional within our spa premises. If you would like to your spa technician to wear a mask during your appointment, please don't hesitate to request this as we are more than happy to accommodate. Private booking options are also avaiable for those who are immunocompromised. Masks are available for purchase for $2.
Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands using hand sanitizer provided at our front door.
No visitors, guests or children permitted for your appointment. Please come alone, unless medically necessary. Per WorkSafe BC, there is limited occupancy of persons allowed within our spa at all times.
Beverage service is cancelled at this time. We kindly ask clients to refrain from eating in the spa.
Our team has implemented these procedures to keep in-line with public health guidelines for the safety of our clients and team. They are subject to change as we continually monitor the situation. We want you to feel comfortable and safe to return to your appointments by providing you with our quality service and the highest standards of sanitation.
