COVID-19 Spa Protocols

  • Those showing any COVID-19 related symptoms will be prohibited from entering the spa. If you have experienced any of the following symptoms in last 14 days, including: fever, chills, shortness of breath, new or worsening cough, sore throat, worsening muscle or headaches. Please cancel your appointment immediately and self-isolate.

  • Please wear a mask! If you do not have one, we will provide one for you for $2.

  • Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands using hand sanitizer provided at our front door.

  • A bin will be provided for you to put your belongings in. Please, bring only the essentials to your appointment. These bins will be disinfected between clients.

  • No visitors, guests or children permitted for your appointment. Please come alone, unless medically necessary. Per WorkSafe BC, there is limited occupancy of persons allowed within our spa at all times.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. Please wait for your spa technician to collect you before entering the spa.

  • Walk-in appointments and product purchases are not available at this time. Please schedule a time to purchase product or have a treatment.

  • Beverage service is cancelled at this time. We kindly ask clients to refrain from eating in the spa.


Our team has implemented these procedures to keep in-line with public health guidelines for the safety of our clients and team. They are subject to change as we continually monitor the situation. We want you to feel comfortable and safe to return to your appointments  by providing you with our quality service and the highest standards of sanitation.
